No referral is required to book an appointment. You’re welcome to book online at a time that suits you.

Individual Counselling

Individual therapy is tailored to your needs and may focus on anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions. You can learn more about my approach on the Individual Counselling page.

Fees:

  • Initial session (100 minutes): $600
  • Ongoing sessions (50 minutes): $300

Medicare rebate:
With a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session.

This means the approximate out-of-pocket cost is:

  • Initial session: $454.75
  • Ongoing sessions: $154.75

Sessions are practical, evidence-based, and focused on meaningful change.


Relationship Counselling

I offer both a structured relationship assessment and ongoing couples therapy. You can read more about this on the Relationship Counselling page.

Relationship Assessment Day:

  • $2000

This is a comprehensive process completed in one day and includes:

  • Pre-session questionnaires
  • Joint sessions
  • Individual sessions for each partner
  • A feedback session with clear recommendations

Ongoing Relationship Counselling:

  • 100-minute session: $600

As the Northern Territory’s only Certified Gottman Therapist, I use the Gottman Method to support couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship.


Medicare and Rebates

Medicare rebates are available for individual counselling sessions with a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

The current rebate is $145.25 per session (for up to 10 sessions per calendar year). You can read more about Medicare mental health support on the Services Australia website.

Rebates do not apply to relationship counselling.
