Book Telehealth Counselling
Australia-Wide Online Counselling with a Clinical Psychologist
How telehealth counselling works in practice
You can book telehealth counselling online and attend secure sessions from anywhere in Australia.
Telehealth counselling provides a flexible and effective way to access psychological support without attending appointments in person. It can be an effective option for a range of concerns and may suit those who prefer to engage in therapy from home or travel frequently.
Telehealth sessions are conducted securely online. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with simple instructions on how to access your session.
Appointments can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or at a pace that feels appropriate for you. Some clients also choose to combine telehealth with in-person sessions during scheduled Darwin clinics.
If you’re a new client, you’ll receive an information letter and consent form by email within 24 hours of booking.
By booking online, you agree to the cancellation policy below.
